Prerequisites for Joining the mLead Program

Participation in the mLeiten program requires a certain level of maturity, commitment, and willingness to grow personally. These prerequisites ensure that you can make the most of the program while also contributing valuably to the entire group.

You are at least 16 years old

You are already actively involved in a church

Leadership Experience

You currently lead something that involves working with people

Time Commitment

You are willing to invest time (monthly: 2 hours preparation, 3 hours meetings, 2 hours mentoring)
